I am really looking forward to this movie! Compared to the previous Spiderman franchise, this just looks so much better. The cast seem to fit the roles well and the action and effects look great.

TTT Rating: TTTTTTTTTT (8/10 Must Watch!)

Nick Fury of S.H.I.E.L.D. brings together a team of super humans to form The Avengers to help save the Earth from Loki and his army.

UK Release 26th April 2012 (Out Now)
US Release 4th May 2012 (Out Now)

The Avengers....Need I say more? Well yes I do! This looks Excellent, if you have not seen the 5 Marvel movies leading up to this, you need to watch them now! This is my most anticipated movie of 2012 and I will sell my Kidney to watch this today.

TTT Rating: TTTTTTTTTT (10/10 You would be crazy not to watch this!)

Battleship

A fleet of ships are forced to do battle with an armada of unknown origins in order to discover and thwart their destructive goals.

UK Release 11th April 2012(Out Now)
US Release 18th May 2012

I'm not too sure about Battleship, to me it seems predictable. Find alien, wake alien up, alien poses threat to world, alien destroyed by some stupidly simple weakness. However I could be wrong and it turns out to be awesome, but until then....

TTT Rating: TTTTTTTTTT (5/10 Worth a watch just to see if I'm wrong)

Men in Black 3

Agent J travels in time to MIB's early years in the 1960s, to stop an alien from assassinating his friend Agent K and changing history.

UK/US Release 25th May 2012

Now here is something I did not expect to see! This looks like it's going to be funny and action packed, and hopefully those little coffee loving aliens make an appearance.

TTT Rating: TTTTTTTTTT (7/10 Definitely worth a trip to the Big Screen)

 Prometheus

A team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race.

 UK Release 1st June 2012
US Release 8th June 2012

This looks like it has potential, although I have to say I was put off slightly by the title sequence. It is as if Ridley Scott thought fuck it! I'll just do what I done with Alien. Hopefully it will be good but I will probably just wait for it to be released on BR.

TTT Rating: TTTTTTTTTT (4/10 Not worth the cinema trip)

G.I. Joe: Retaliation

When Cobra spy Zartan has most of the Joes assassinated, the remaining Joes band together to strike back.

UK Release 3rd August 2012
US Release 29th June 2012

Well now......This looks like it's going to be a fun movie to watch, I was a fan of the first movie and I think I am going to like this one too. It has a good cast and hopefully they may even break the previous movies world record for destroying 112 cars.

TTT Rating: TTTTTTTTTT (7/10 It would be a shame if you didn't watch this on the big screen)

Ted

A story centered on a man and his teddy bear, who comes to life as the result of a childhood wish.

UK Release 3rd August 2012
US Release 13th July 2012

A movie by Seth Macfarlane! Now that is something I have to see. I believe Seth Macfarlane is someone you either love or hate and I'm sure you would have made your mind up about watching this already, so I will skip my mini review and move onto the next one.

TTT Rating: TTTTTTTTTT (10/10 I think I'll hibernate till this comes out)
The Dark Knight Rises

Eight years after Batman took the fall for Two Face's crimes, a new terrorist leader, Bane overwhelms Gotham's finest, and the Dark Knight resurfaces to protect a city that brands him an enemy.

UK/US Release 20th July 2012

I'm really looking forward to seeing how they wrap things up in this. Can't think of much else to add as you can pretty much tell what this movie is going to be like, let's just hope it lives up to the "Epic conclusion" it promises.

TTT Rating: TTTTTTTTTT (9/10 Can't wait!)

Total Recall

As the nation states Euromerica and New Shanghai vie for supremacy, a factory worker (Farrell) begins to suspect that he's a spy, though he is unaware which side of the fight he's on.

UK Release 22nd August 2012
US Release 3rd August 2012

Hmmm a remake of Total Recall..... At first I was skeptical but then the trailer set my mind at ease. It really looks good and I Can't wait to see it.

TTT Rating: TTTTTTTTTT (7/10 Worth the trip to the cinema)

 The Expendables 2

Mr. Church reunites the Expendables for what should be an easy paycheck, but when one of their men is murdered on the job, their quest for revenge puts them deep in enemy territory and up against an unexpected threat.

UK/US Release 17th August 2012

Ehhhhhh?!?! The Expendables 2? I kinda thought the main attraction of the first Expendables was the all star cast in one place for one time, I didn't really expect a sequel. Although the first movie was good, the words "Too many cooks" came to mind. hopefully this sequel ain't too bad.

TTT Rating: TTTTTTTTTT (6/10 Go the cinema or wait for DVD? Either one works)
 Resident Evil: Retribution

Alice fights alongside a resistance movement in the continuing battle against the Umbrella Corporation and the undead.

UK Release 28th September 2012
US Release 14th September 2012

Looks promising and I have to say I am a fan of the Resident Evil series, but this is the 5th installment and I think they are trying to make it last just a bit too long, hopefully we will get closure in this one and Alice can finally lay down her weapons.

TTT Rating: TTTTTTTTTT (8/10 Well worth going to the cinema)
The Hobbit: An Unexpected journey

A curious Hobbit, Bilbo Baggins, journeys to the Lonely Mountain with a vigorous group of Dwarves to reclaim a treasure stolen from them by the dragon Smaug.
